ES2 delivered construction stakeout, compliance surveying, UAS mapping, and volume calculations across three reaches of the Comite River Diversion, and developed GIS dashboards for real-time project tracking and immediate visibility into construction progress.

Managing 1,800 acres of tribal trust and fee lands, including floodplain development, drainage, cultural resources, and natural resources, requires a plan grounded in accurate spatial data. ES2 developed a Comprehensive Master Plan, established a Geospatial Strategy for Enterprise GIS, collected UAS imagery and LiDAR, and delivered a GIS-based plan for Tribal Council presentation.
