GIS Services – Continued GIS support for Tangipahoa Parish Government, including geospatial data development, web GIS and mobile application development, and enterprise GIS management and governance.

GIS Services – Development of a basemap of port property information.  Data layers to be developed include port jurisdictional boundaries, parcels, and leases.  Upon completion of the GIS data layers, Es² will implement a Web GIS platform utilizing Esri ArcGIS Online.

Chutz+ES2 JV Surveying and Mapping Contract - Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract for Surveying, Mapping, and Other Related Services Within the Boundaries of MVD.

Chutz+ES2 JV Surveying and Mapping Contract - Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) Contract for Surveying and Mapping Services primarily within the 3 Districts (Memphis, Vicksburg, and New Orleans) that comprise the lower portion of the Mississippi Valley Division of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

Emergency Management Support Contract - Provide emergency management support for public works and engineering missions for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District.  Services may include project management, engineering support, quality assurance support, and inspections under any Mission Assignment from FEMA.

Planning, Operations Support, and Environmental Services Contract - Perform professional services for natural resources management, planning, operations Support and Environmental projects.  Includes master planning, environmental support, Interpretive services, project management, O&M support, data collection, mapping, surveying, GIS, QAR support, and emergency response services.

Program and Project Management Support Services Contract - Perform project management support services for efforts related to the water resources programs in south Louisiana including the Support for Others program and all USACE Civil Works programs.

Resilience Dashboard Development – Develop web-based interactive dashboards that can present the results of port industry resilience plans and facilitate adoption of resilience activities and monitoring.

Enterprise GIS – Development, integration, and maintenance of an enterprise geographic information system (GIS) for critical infrastructure security purposes.

Geospatial Strategy – Development of a Geospatial Strategy, which is a business-oriented plan that defines how an organization will use GIS to achieve its goals and desired outcomes. The plan includes considerations of people, process, and technology needed to meet goals and overcome challenges.

Enterprise GIS – Creation of a Geographic Information System (GIS) Framework to provide up-to-date spatial information to port security personnel and public safety agencies to improve maritime domain awareness.

LOOP Environmental Monitoring Program – Es² has held the LOOP EMP contract since 2018.  The EMP is conducted to detect any adverse impact the pipeline, or its associated facilities, may have on the environment.  The general scope of services includes a Beach Elevation Survey, Beach Vegetation Survey, Land Loss and Habitat Change Survey, and Monitoring after Catastrophic Events.

Enterprise GIS – Es² has held two contracts with the Port of New Orleans for the development of an enterprise GIS (2017-2019, 2019-2022) for critical infrastructure and security purposes.
