LOOP Environmental Monitoring Program – Es² has held the LOOP EMP contract since 2018.  The EMP is conducted to detect any adverse impact the pipeline, or its associated facilities, may have on the environment.  The general scope of services includes a Beach Elevation Survey, Beach Vegetation Survey, Land Loss and Habitat Change Survey, and Monitoring after Catastrophic Events.
